How an enquiry and a stay work
Bookings, prices, arrival and the house rules you agree to when you stay with us.
Last updated: 5 October 2026
These terms cover an enquiry and any stay at Ariti Villa. They do not replace the specific booking terms confirmed with you in writing before arrival.
Enquiries and bookings
An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. A stay is reserved only once we confirm availability and you accept the total price and terms in writing.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown per night and include the services listed in the confirmed offer. A deposit and a balance payment schedule are agreed when the booking is confirmed; the statutory Greek climate resilience fee is paid at the property.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00 unless agreed otherwise. Please tell us your arrival time in advance so we can welcome you.
Cancellation
Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the dates and the channel you booked through, and are set out in your confirmation. Where you book through a platform, its policy also applies.
Occupancy and house rules
Only the confirmed number of guests may stay. The villa is a quiet, non-smoking home; events and parties are not allowed. Pets only where agreed in advance.
Damage and liability
You are responsible for the villa and its contents during your stay and for any damage caused. We are not liable for events outside our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law, and the courts of Chania have jurisdiction.
